Supervisors

Continuous mentoring provided by qualified professionals ensures the quality of the work of our volunteers. The work of counsellors is managed by the guidance supervisor, who supervises urgent case studies and conducts private supervisions to promote counsellors’ personal development. Group supervisions take place on a monthly basis in Tartu and Tallinn.

Our current supervisors are as follows:

TUULI JUNOLAINEN – our guidance supervisor. Tuuli joined Lahendus.net in the early days of the project in 2001 as a counsellor. Currently she has the role of supervisor and supports counsellors in their commendable work. Tuuli is a clinical psychologist who currently works in Singapore in the area of organisational psychology. To inject some variety in her life, Tuuli also works as a diving instructor, enjoys ultra running and loves discovering the world.

MARI LIPP – our group supervisor in Tallinn. Mari has been trained in art therapies, creative supervision and coaching. In her everyday work she manages the Haabersti Clubhouse of Tallinn Mental Health Center. She works with both groups and individuals. Mari is interested in painting, photos and film, but also people’s stories, their strengths and dreams. As a supervisor she hopes to create a space for exploring one’s role and finding solutions to work-related questions.

MART JUURSOO – our group supervisor in Tartu. Mart joined Lahendus.net in 2007 and has been both a counsellor and a member of the board. Currently, Mart conducts group supervisions for counsellors in Tartu. Mart is a clinical psychologist and works at the Katriito Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre as a psychologist and HR manager. In his free time, Mart participates in a variety of voluntary activities and just likes to relax and recuperate.

We have been able to ensure mentoring for our counsellors since 2017 thanks to our lovely donors. You can contribute too! You can donate through the ‘I Love to Help’ donation environment.
