Counsellors

The team of counsellors of Lahendus.net consists of young volunteers – psychology students and alumni of the University of Tartu and Tallinn University – who have a great passion and desire to help those in need. Our counsellors are chosen from among at least second-year psychology students who are also required to pass an interview to prove their readiness for counselling as well as a training course for online counselling. In addition to training three times per year, counsellors can further develop their professional skills under the regular supervision of professional psychologists.
